Refund Policy

When refunds are available

• Refunds for 3-day and 30-day subscriptions are not available.
• 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to subscriptions of 3 months or longer. All refund requests made within 30 days of purchasing such a subscription are honored regardless of the reason.
• Upon refund, the subscription becomes blocked.
• After 30 days from the purchase of a subscription of 3 months or longer, all refund requests are reviewed individually, and the decision remains with LLP DAYVAS GROUP.
• We do not provide partial refunds for subscription upgrades or renewals. Partial refund requests are reviewed separately and may only be granted by mutual agreement.

Processing time

Processing time depends on your chosen payment method and usually takes up to 10 business days.

Refund amount

Refunds may be issued minus fees from payment systems and/or network fees (for cryptocurrency transactions), if such fees were charged during the payment or refund process.

Refund method

1. Card payment
   • The refund is issued to the same payment account (bank card) used for the original payment.
2. Cryptocurrency payment
   • The refund is generally issued to the same address from which the payment transaction was sent.
   • If a different address is needed for the refund, you must provide a valid address and ensure the accuracy of the provided data.
   • Refunds are issued only in USDT (TRC20 network). We send refunds exclusively in USDT via the TRC20 network.
   • If the payment was made through a crypto exchange or other centralized provider, the deposit address and the sending address may differ. In this case, contact support and provide your USDT TRC20 address for the refund.
   • We are not responsible for refunds sent to an incorrectly specified cryptocurrency address. Please carefully verify the address before submitting.

Include in your email:

• the e-mail you used when placing the order;
• the date and amount of the payment (or transaction ID/receipt, if available);
• subscription type (3 days / 30 days / 3 months or more);
• if payment was made with cryptocurrency — your USDT TRC20 address for the refund (if different from the sending address).
