The software is not intended or licensed for use in hazardous, mission-critical, or high-risk environments, including systems requiring fail-safe operation, such as life support, navigation, transportation control, or similar systems.

No oral or written information, advice, or recommendation provided by the company, its representatives, or partners creates any additional warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
